2014 Piedmont Farm Tour! We are gearing up for this year’s tour. Right now the garden is waiting for loving hands. Starting in March we will host Garden Workdays every Saturday from 9:30 – 1:00. RSVP is encouraged. Please bring a bag lunch. Come out for a fabulous time on April 26th-27th from 2-6pm at the Piedmont Farm Tour. To sign up for a garden workday, contact suki@herbhaven.com. To sign up for a pass for the Farm tour, go to the Piedmont Farm Tour website. Advance tickets are $25 per car and that will get you into all of the farms on the tour. Last year, we had 500 visitors to come and see our garden and apothecary. This is an uncommon opportunity to learn about medicinal herbs and find out more about community herbal medicine from Suki and her apprentices. Welcome to Herb Haven! I am Suki Roth, founder and care-taker of Herb Haven, a vibrant teaching garden located in the Haw River Valley in Central North Carolina. The garden here is dedicated to the education, growth, and preservation of medicinal herbs. I am involved in the complete process of the production of our products. Together, with the community who supports our mission here, we plant, grow, harvest, create, and package herbal medicines.
I am a community practitioner, serving as educator, plant guide and herbal medicine consultant. I enjoy sharing my intuitive wisdom, knowledge of the plants and personal guidance with the wider community. I'm glad you've landed here on my website!
